Your membership in CertifiedWeddingPros.com includes delivery of weekly bridal registrations by brides in your region. You will receive all contact information including email address from our opt-in bridal registration program. You will receive one list within 24 ours of registration. Weekly list distribution begins on January 20, 2008.

Terms of Agreement	ALL Charges appear as Cert Wed Pro through our credit card processor PayPal. 1. CertifiedWeddingPros.com. (CWP) shall have sole control over the production, organization, direction, coordination and staging of said web advertising. 2. Advertiser hereby agrees to have a listing on CertifiedWeddingPros.com for the purpose of promoting their services to brides-to-be. 3. In the event the Advertiser cancels the written agreement prior to the completion of their advertising term advertiser understands that no refunds will be given and charges will apply for the duration of the unused term. For example, when an advertiser registers for the three month term, a quarterly payment will be processed against the listed credit card, even if the advertiser cancels participation prior to the end of the term. 4. Advertiser will not assign its rights hereunder to any other individual, corporation or other business entity. 5. Temporary web outages are rare, but they happen. Vendor agrees that CWP accepts no liability for interruptions of service herein provided by reason of any act of God, strike, labor dispute, fire, flood, delay in transportation, public disaster or any other cause or reason either within or beyond the control of CWP, such condition shall be deemed a valid excuse for delay in the performance of such obligations. 6. Advertiser hereby agrees to defend, indemnify and hold CWP harmless against any claims, losses, damages, expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) and judgments or actions arising from any breach of other obligation arising out of this agreement. 7. Advertiser understands and agrees that CWP has the right to list advertisers who would be considered competitors of advertiser. No promises or guarantees are made regarding the number of advertisers in each category. 8. This agreement shall not in any sense be deemed to be or construed to create a partnership or joint venture between the parties thereto and neither party shall have any right or authority to bind the other or its representatives in any way. 9. This agreement is entire and comprises all of the understanding of the parties hereto and cannot be modified or amended except by a written instrument agreed to by both parties. 10. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Ventura County, State of California applicable to contracts performed entirely therein. Advertiser agrees that, in the event of legal action to enforce any of the terms or obligations of the Agreement, he/she shall pay such additional sums as and for attorney fees adjudged reasonable by a court or competent jurisdiction. Advertiser agrees that, all court actions will be conducted in the Ventura County, Simi Valley, California court. 11. No waiver by either party hereto of any break of this contract by the other shall be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach thereof. 12. When paying by credit card, vendor agrees that CWP can keep the Advertisers credit card information on file and charge scheduled payments to the same card on the assigned dates with no further notice to Advertiser. Advertiser agrees that the service they are requesting begins immediately and is recurring until canceled by calling 805-552-0025 13. When paying by check Advertiser understands checks are processed electronically. Check Payments will be processed through Kings Hill Publishing. 14. ANY MAILING LIST GIVEN TO AN Advertiser IS A PROTECTED TRADE SECRET OF CWP AND NO COMPANY OR PERSON WILL BE ENTITLED TO USE THIS LIST FOR ANY OTHER BUSINESS OR ACTIVITY NOT AUTHORIZED BY CWP. YOU MAY NOT TRANSFER, SELL, RENT SHARE OR DISTRIBUTE IN ANY FORM THE LEADS PROVIDED TO YOUR COMPANY THROUGH CERTIFIEDWEDDINGPROS.COM TO ANY OTHER BUSINESS OR PERSON WHO IS NOT DIRECTLY WORKING AS YOUR EMPLOYEE TO SECURE BUSINESS FOR YOUR ORGANIZATION WITHOUT FIRST OBTAINING WRITTEN PERMISSION FROM EVANS CONSULTING GROUP AND PAYING A FEE OF $1300 PER WEEKLY LIST FOR SUCH DISTRIBUTION. BRIDAL E-LEADS ARE INTENDED FOR USE BY SUBSCRIPTION MEMBERS ONLY AND ARE NOT TO BE SHARED WITH COMPANIES OR INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE NOT MEMBERS OF CERTIFIEDWEDDINGPROS.COM As a CWP member you agree to abide by the CWP creed and understand that should CWP receive complaints from brides that go unresolved, CWP can revoke your membership.
